Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Real Södertälje's Markus Svensson started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jaap van der Schans didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Markus Svensson went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Jaap van der Schans came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Real Södertälje's Markus Svensson. But to his dismay, Markus Svensson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 12th minute, Markus Svensson made a precise shot to the right of Jaap van der Schans. Westenenk's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Markus Svensson scored 0-4 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jaap van der Schans, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 20 minutes into the match, Real Södertälje's Markus Svensson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jaap van der Schans narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Real Södertälje were awarded a corner in the 21th minute after Westenenk's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Reynaldo Cerezo took the corner. Markus Svensson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jaap van der Schans read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. Wieslaw Posadzki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Jack Glanselius made a huge save. Jaap van der Schans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Markus Svensson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute of the match Real Södertälje got a corner. Westenenk's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Reynaldo Cerezo ran over to the corner to take the kick. When Markus Svensson came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Real Södertälje fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Markus Svensson couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Westenenk defense, Markus Svensson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jaap van der Schans. The Westenenk fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jaap van der Schans should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Westenenk getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Jan Rein Karremans hit a great ball. After the first half Real Södertälje were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Jaap van der Schans made an important save on a dangerous shot by Birger Hedberg in the 59th minute. Westenenk's Jaap van der Schans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rikard Wolff in the 60th minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, Westenenk's goalkeeper Jaap van der Schans had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Birger Hedberg. Jack Glanselius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberth Gosmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. 68 minutes into the match, Westenenk's goal looked a bit too open when Rikard Wolff came free, but Jaap van der Schans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jaap van der Schans made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Birger Hedberg sent off a good shot on target. 74 minutes into the game, Rikard Wolff recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jaap van der Schans. Rikard Wolff showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. 79 minutes into the match, Real Södertälje's goal looked a bit too open when Valio Tammisto came free, but Jack Glanselius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jaap van der Schans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rikard Wolff in the 81st minute of play. When Reynaldo Cerezo came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Real Södertälje fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Reynaldo Cerezo couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rikard Wolff in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jaap van der Schans saved Westenenk from getting behind. Real Södertälje's Jack Glanselius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valio Tammisto in the 88th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Birger Hedberg put it in 0-9 from a short distance just to the right of Jaap van der Schans. After some careless play in the Westenenk defense, Rikard Wolff kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jaap van der Schans. The Westenenk fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jaap van der Schans should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rikard Wolff in the 98th minute of play forced Westenenk's goalkeeper Jaap van der Schans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Real Södertälje played a much better game than Westenenk and deserved their victory. The Westenenk players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
