In the 7th minute, Jacinto Abaunza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rene Vereijt was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Celtic FC's Sebastián Junes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jedrzej Kiszkiel in the 12th minute of play. With a left leg Sebastián Junes saved Celtic FC from getting behind. 86 minutes had been played when some careless play by Celtic FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Baba R. Hansen was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Ouagadougou National's players had a chance to rest. A very nice done corner allowed Sean Westelinx to score against Sebastián Junes in Celtic FC's goal. 1-5 after 86 minutes. In the 92nd minute, William Westelinx got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Celtic FC's Sebastián Junes got control of the ball when Jedrzej Kiszkiel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nicolas Froila struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Rene Vereijt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Celtic FC.
