Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wojciech Skaradowski in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tomé Montenegro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ronaldo Alcântara was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 10th minute. Ferreira Lopes MZC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 12 minutes into the match, Ferreira Lopes MZC's goal looked a bit too open when Konstanty Smolarek came free, but Tomé Montenegro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ferreira Lopes MZC's Tomé Montenegro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diogo Martins in the 12th minute of play. Ronaldo Alcântara blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Iwo Domarecki having to make a save. In the 15th minute Ronaldo Alcântara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iwo Domarecki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Spartan FC Mogilany's goalkeeper Iwo Domarecki, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Konstanty Smolarek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 22 minutes into the match, Ferreira Lopes MZC's goal looked a bit too open when Diogo Martins came free, but Tomé Montenegro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dário Martins fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iwo Domarecki having to interfere. Konstanty Smolarek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Iwo Domarecki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronaldo Alcântara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 31 minutes into the match, Ronaldo Alcântara had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iwo Domarecki. Spartan FC Mogilany's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ronaldo Alcântara was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Ranko Perna hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Ferreira Lopes MZC's Tomé Montenegro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wojciech Skaradowski in the 46th minute of play.

After a rather tough play, Spartan FC Mogilany's Sever Ulici got a free kick in the 56th minute. In the 60th minute Wojciech Skaradowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomé Montenegro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62nd minute of the match Spartan FC Mogilany got a corner. Ferreira Lopes MZC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Konstanty Smolarek ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Konstanty Smolarek got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tomé Montenegro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When Ronaldo Alcântara came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Ferreira Lopes MZC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ronaldo Alcântara couldn't finish the play. 68 minutes into the game, Dário Martins cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Iwo Domarecki was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dário Martins in the 79th minute of play forced Spartan FC Mogilany's goalkeeper Iwo Domarecki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Ferreira Lopes MZC getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Anísio Lucas hit a great ball. Spartan FC Mogilany's Tomasz Gorzkiewicz was substituted for Leroy Parkinson. Anísio Lucas kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Spartan FC Mogilany's zone, Ronaldo Alcântara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iwo Domarecki came out of the goal and Ronaldo Alcântara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ferreira Lopes MZC's Tomé Montenegro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vsevolod Mischenko in the 96th minute of play. The Ferreira Lopes MZC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
