Teobald Budacz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Christoffer Modig made a huge save. Christoffer Modig made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Teobald Budacz sent off a good shot on target. 46 minutes into the game, Aureliano Cordeara cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Christoffer Modig was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Karamázov's Brickeen Wall proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Karamázov from getting a goal against them. 61 minutes into the match, Oakcroft Thrashers's goal looked a bit too open when Torsten Gerdberg came free, but Christoffer Modig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anders Andersson got free with Brickeen Wall in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Oakcroft Thrashers booed when Karamázov was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anton Kjellkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christoffer Modig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Braulio Uhin, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Brickeen Wall was a little too slow when Jörn Holm got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 80th minute. The score was now 2-1. Benigno Jerrold's late challenge caught a Karamázov's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benigno Jerrold helped the player get up and apologised. After 96 played minutes Oakcroft Thrashers got a freekick which was hit by Benigno Jerrold. Karamázov's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
