After 9 minutes of play, Lokomotiv Bornova's Germanas Judeikis made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christoffer Modig was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lokomotiv Bornova were awarded a corner in the 72th minute after Oakcroft Thrashers's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ahmet Korcan Gökalp took the corner. With a little luck, Lokomotiv Bornova's Sezai Yura got control of the ball when Anders Andersson tried to sneak it across the goal line.
