Léon Monnet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yannis Specht having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dimitri Bougault in the 5th minute of play forced Limitless Delux Edition™'s goalkeeper Yannis Specht to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gong Cheng Yao received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Ludomil Kajdasz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ludomil Kajdasz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Staf Swings in the 12th minute of play. Yannis Specht showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Léon Monnet, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Staf Swings blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ludomil Kajdasz having to make a save. In the 27th minute of the match Limitless Delux Edition™ got a corner. Herblay's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Staf Swings ran over to the corner to take the kick. 33 minutes into the match, Herblay's goal looked a bit too open when Staf Swings came free, but Ludomil Kajdasz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Herblay's Ludomil Kajdasz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Herblay from getting a goal against them. Herblay's Ludomil Kajdasz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Staf Swings in the 39th minute of play. Yannis Specht made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dimitri Bougault in the 40th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Herblay's goalkeeper Ludomil Kajdasz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Staf Swings. Staf Swings might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ludomil Kajdasz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Staf Swings ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Limitless Delux Edition™ booed when Herblay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Léon Monnet didn't get a good kick on the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Limitless Delux Edition™'s Ringo Rau was substituted for Staf Swings. In the 53rd minute Ringo Rau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ludomil Kajdasz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ringo Rau took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ludomil Kajdasz. Ludomil Kajdasz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Ringo Rau recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Herblay's Ben Girouard was substituted for Billy Magnin. Herblay's Ludomil Kajdasz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gong Cheng Yao in the 61st minute of play. Ludomil Kajdasz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ringo Rau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Ringo Rau's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ludomil Kajdasz was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. Limitless Delux Edition™'s Pascal Newton was substituted for Dorival Veiga. Limitless Delux Edition™ made a substitution. Marc Baecke replaced Daniel Vermeşan. Herblay's Joël Willaume quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Marc Baecke, made in the 74th minute of the game. In the 75th match minute, Herblay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ben Girouard to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ringo Rau in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ludomil Kajdasz saved Herblay from getting behind. 79 minutes into the match, Limitless Delux Edition™'s goal looked a bit too open when Norbert Cadart came free, but Yannis Specht reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ludomil Kajdasz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ringo Rau, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Yannis Specht made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Holger Duusgaard in the 87th minute of play. Ringo Rau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 91 minutes into the match, Herblay's goal looked a bit too open when Ringo Rau came free, but Ludomil Kajdasz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ludomil Kajdasz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joško Van Landschoot's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. Léon Monnet could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Yannis Specht made a huge save. Herblay's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
