After a rather tough play, FC Mims's Felice Di Biagio got a free kick in the 9th minute. Egídio Aguiar made in the 13th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Vitório Ribeiro immediately put the ball in play. Błαck Bułłs MZ's Augusto Pereira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damiano Strazzabosco in the 17th minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Damiano Strazzabosco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Augusto Pereira was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damiano Strazzabosco in the 29th minute of play forced Błαck Bułłs MZ's goalkeeper Augusto Pereira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sílvio Luiz de Amaral in the 32nd minute of play forced FC Mims's goalkeeper Attilio Fiordelisi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Błαck Bułłs MZ booed when FC Mims was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anfilogino Pantano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vitório Ribeiro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 40th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Attilio Fiordelisi. FC Mims's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Cléberson Fonseca kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Augusto Pereira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damiano Strazzabosco in the 42nd minute of play. After the first half FC Mims were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Damiano Strazzabosco made the kick off in the second half. FC Mims's Attilio Fiordelisi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sílvio Luiz de Amaral in the 54th minute of play. After 55 played minutes FC Mims got a freekick which was hit by Elia Panella. In the 56th minute, Elia Panella hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Mims were awarded a corner in the 62th minute after Błαck Bułłs MZ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Fabrizio Di Martino took the corner. FC Mims's Fabrizio Di Martino was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Augusto Pereira in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Flavio Di Matteo during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 64th match minute, FC Mims was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavio Di Matteo to maneuver through the defense. Anfilogino Pantano struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Augusto Pereira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Mims. A collision led to FC Mims getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Flavio Di Matteo hit a great ball. Augusto Pereira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damiano Strazzabosco in the 75th minute of play. In the 77th minute, Fausto Scarpone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 80th minute, Sílvio Luiz de Amaral left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Błαck Bułłs MZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Damiano Strazzabosco during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 86 played minutes FC Mims got a freekick which was hit by Damiano Strazzabosco. FC Mims's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
