With an all-out effort, Quetzal Flyers Hammers's Timmy Kjellkvist threw himself towards the right post 40 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sonny Perkins, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Francesco Marines showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emílio Pessoa, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. After 44 played minutes Quetzal Flyers Hammers got a freekick which was hit by Freddie Potts. 45 minutes into the match, Quetzal Flyers Hammers's goal looked a bit too open when Xiao Wei Yan came free, but Francesco Marines reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Timmy Kjellkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tony Cote in the 72nd minute of the match. 74 minutes into the match, Bennvar Baadegaard notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Quetzal Flyers Hammers's Francesco Marines. Francesco Marines was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nils-Erik Fransson hit a great ball. 94 minutes into the game, Nils-Erik Fransson threw the ball into play from the sideline. Quetzal Flyers Hammers's Ryan Battrup quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The throw-in from Remigio James in the 95th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Quetzal Flyers Hammers's Carlos Cuesta. Sonny Perkins fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timmy Kjellkvist having to interfere. Quetzal Flyers Hammers's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
