Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) FC Buzău's Marius Bunoaică started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Joachim Forseth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cătălin Arjoca in the 6th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Saga TF defense, Marius Bunoaică kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joachim Forseth. The Saga TF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joachim Forseth should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Arne Botnen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Saga TF's supporters rose to their feet, but Arne Botnen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gheorghe Baldovin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Joachim Forseth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonard Aanuţei in the 16th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arne Botnen in the 21st minute of play forced FC Buzău's goalkeeper Gheorghe Baldovin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edinson Cavani hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. 26 minutes into the match, FC Buzău's goal looked a bit too open when Arne Botnen came free, but Gheorghe Baldovin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joachim Forseth prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Saga TF getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Santi Urbieta hit a great ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
