In the 13th minute Visen Allu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victoriano Horado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute, Visen Allu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Altermundi FC's Candido Piedra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Venancio Brion in the 21st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Visen Allu in the 28th minute of play forced Devoto club social's goalkeeper Victoriano Horado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Candido Piedra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Venancio Brion in the 31st minute of the match. Victoriano Horado made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Visen Allu sent off a good shot on target. 45 minutes into the match, Devoto club social's goalkeeper Victoriano Horado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Visen Allu. After 47 minutes, David Martinez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Devoto club social and the Altermundi FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Visen Allu to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Visen Allu in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Victoriano Horado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Devoto club social booed when Altermundi FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Charis Banos didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Altermundi FC's Candido Piedra got control of the ball when Venancio Brion tried to sneak it across the goal line. Visen Allu took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Victoriano Horado. Victoriano Horado dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Sergiu Zgrăbunţa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Victoriano Horado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Victoriano Horado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Visen Allu in the 66th minute of play. A collision led to Altermundi FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Jude Hylton hit a great ball. Altermundi FC's Gerónimo Molina was substituted for Visen Allu. Altermundi FC's Gaitano Speed was substituted for Alexandro Cattalán. Victoriano Horado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Altermundi FC. Gerónimo Molina scored 3-0 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Victoriano Horado, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 81 minutes into the match, Altermundi FC's Gerónimo Molina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Victoriano Horado narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 84th minute, Gerónimo Molina ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Victoriano Horado was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. After a rather tough play, Devoto club social's Victor Harri got a free kick in the 87th minute. When Altermundi FC's Gerónimo Molina in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Devoto club social's goalie prevented a goal. When the match clock showed 88 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Gerónimo Molina sped through Devoto club social's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Victoriano Horado. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Altermundi FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Devoto club social had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
