Filomeno Remir took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Oliverio Kahn. Oliverio Kahn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 28 minutes into the match, ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s goal looked a bit too open when Filomeno Remir came free, but Oliverio Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st match minute, ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benedito Camargo to maneuver through the defense. Manfredi AFC's Roman Vachon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gavino Gabino in the 35th minute of play. Oliverio Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filomeno Remir in the 36th minute of the match. 38 minutes into the game, Mats Liljeström threw the ball into play from the sideline. Manfredi AFC's Kieran Listkowski quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Mats Liljeström kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gavino Gabino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Gavino Gabino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 69 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Filomeno Remir sped through ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Oliverio Kahn. Manfredi AFC's Uriel Cordarrel was substituted for Attilio Martorella. ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆ made a substitution. Ezequiel Lavezzi replaced Benedito Camargo. ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s Aldo Cresconio was substituted for Mats Liljeström. ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s Saturnino Romo was substituted for Gavino Gabino. Roman Vachon came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s Saturnino Romo. But to his dismay, Saturnino Romo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Oliverio Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Qiu Lin Yi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roman Vachon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Frisco in the 96th minute of play. ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
