Key Biscayne FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fermin Ponc was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. If Fermin Ponc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Trenton Loomis during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 28 played minutes Key Biscayne FC got a freekick which was hit by Trenton Loomis. If Alain Guerau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Key Biscayne FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Sol Covington hit a great ball. Asher Huggins didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fermin Ponc went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

Reginald Bledsoe took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Amadeo Tabor. Amadeo Tabor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. Key Biscayne FC were furious when Reuben Brandon was red carded, 62 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 63rd minute, Reuben Brandon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Key Biscayne FC's Asher Huggins proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Key Biscayne FC from getting a goal against them. Key Biscayne FC's Asher Huggins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alain Guerau in the 68th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, Key Biscayne FC's goalkeeper Asher Huggins had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alain Guerau.
