SAN LORENZO FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tiburcio Servando was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 10 minutes into the game, Siro Paio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SAN LORENZO FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FMArgentina the free kick. Siro Paio hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. The supporters of SAN LORENZO FC booed when FMArgentina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anastasio Atarrabi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Siro Paio struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Honorato Ur didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SAN LORENZO FC. After a rather tough play, FMArgentina's Eusebio Nahia got a free kick in the 16th minute. The supporters of SAN LORENZO FC booed when FMArgentina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeronimo Remicio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 22nd minute, Gaspar Cordarryl fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Honorato Ur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximino Ofelio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gaspar Cordarryl struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Honorato Ur didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SAN LORENZO FC. When Bernardo Romeo came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the SAN LORENZO FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernardo Romeo couldn't finish the play. Honorato Ur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Romeo in the 37th minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Paulino Oroitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Primitivo Salomone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiburcio Servando in the 47th minute of the match. After the first half FMArgentina were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximino Ofelio in the 52nd minute of play forced FMArgentina's goalkeeper Honorato Ur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gualterio Herrera could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Primitivo Salomone made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaspar Cordarryl in the 59th minute of play forced FMArgentina's goalkeeper Honorato Ur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to FMArgentina getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Tiburcio Servando hit a great ball. In the 62nd minute Gaspar Cordarryl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Honorato Ur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ruben Quilino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Primitivo Salomone having to interfere. Clodoveo Corderro struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Honorato Ur didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SAN LORENZO FC. Honorato Ur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clodoveo Corderro, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Clodoveo Corderro in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Honorato Ur saved FMArgentina from getting behind. Fabio Erdiano hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in FMArgentina's zone, Gaspar Cordarryl stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Honorato Ur came out of the goal and Gaspar Cordarryl tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 87 minutes into the game, SAN LORENZO FC's Bernardo Romeo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Honorato Ur made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1.
