The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 7th match minute, DINAMO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Călin Boteanu to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Urbano Bertran during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to El coca fc getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Urbano Bertran hit a great ball. Remus Elisei's late challenge caught a El coca fc's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Remus Elisei helped the player get up and apologised. After 18 played minutes DINAMO got a freekick which was hit by Remus Elisei. In the 19th minute, Octavio Blasco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Horea Hurmuzache showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pól Caniggia in the 21st minute of the match. The supporters of DINAMO booed when El coca fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Urbano Bertran didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pól Caniggia's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 28thth minute, Horea Hurmuzache skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Despite this Horea Hurmuzache quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Adam Rednic charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adam Rednic the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pól Caniggia got free with Horea Hurmuzache in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Camilo Roldanillo was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 47 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 47th minute of the game. One of El coca fc:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of DINAMO:s goal. The referee gave DINAMO a penalty, 50 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Remus Elisei, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of El coca fc's Siro Cordarrol. 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anier Elazar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Horea Hurmuzache made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pól Caniggia in the 59th minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 60 minutes into the game, when Remus Elisei put in a rough tackle. After 60 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for DINAMO! In the 65th minute, Honorato Lizbeth got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, DINAMO's Sever Colin got a free kick in the 66th minute. DINAMO's Horea Hurmuzache played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celestino Pio in the 71st minute of play. After some careless play in the DINAMO defense, Celestino Pio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Horea Hurmuzache. The DINAMO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Horea Hurmuzache should have stopped the shot. A collision led to El coca fc getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Celestino Pio hit a great ball. After 102 minutes of play, El coca fc's Celestino Pio made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Horea Hurmuzache was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee ended the match the El coca fc players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
