Kosin Marianto took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eugen Remus. Eugen Remus dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Will Aldersons short, quick shot in the 32ndth minute got Sylwester Wawro to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Kosin Marianto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 38 minutes into the match, Kwyjibo's goalkeeper Sylwester Wawro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mesut Özil. The audience thought a goal was coming when Will Alderson got free with Sylwester Wawro in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Kosin Marianto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kwyjibo's supporters rose to their feet, but Kosin Marianto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eugen Remus breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kosin Marianto to make the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Kwyjibo's Christian Burgo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eugen Remus. That made the score 3-4 after 89 minutes of play. Christian Burgo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Eugen Remus came out and tried to block the shot, but Christian Burgo slotted it home off the left post making it 3-5 in the 93rd minute. The Greenbay manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Kwyjibo to win.
