Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Prospero Fix got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Carabata Groove's goal looked a bit too open when Vern Bird came free, but Cristobal Goito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristobal Goito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Prospero Fix, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. If Prospero Fix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 10 minutes into the match, Carabata Groove's goal looked a bit too open when Prospero Fix came free, but Cristobal Goito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Teofilo Maidana dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Necmettin İklim, 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Prospero Fix in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristobal Goito prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Necmettin İklim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ambrosio Bartolome, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Ambrosio Bartolome sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The AQUILES fans' excitement grew in the 26th match minute when AQUILES's Prospero Fix looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 30th minute Teofilo Maidana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Necmettin İklim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 32 played minutes Carabata Groove got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Sundin. In the 34th minute, Teofilo Maidana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristobal Goito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prospero Fix in the 35th minute of the match. Necmettin İklim made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Teofilo Maidana sent off a good shot on target. Jacinto Loi kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. In the 42nd match minute, Carabata Groove was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gunnar Björklund to maneuver through the defense. If Teofilo Maidana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carabata Groove's David Rios was substituted for Ambrosio Bartolome. Carabata Groove's Mauro Elazar was substituted for Teofilo Maidana. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
An unexpectedly hard shot by Andreas Möller in the 56th minute of play forced AQUILES's goalkeeper Necmettin İklim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. AQUILES's Necmettin İklim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Rios in the 57th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauro Elazar in the 61st minute of play forced AQUILES's goalkeeper Necmettin İklim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Carabata Groove's Mauro Elazar in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AQUILES's goalie prevented a goal. If David Rios had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 71st minute David Rios shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Necmettin İklim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Iisakki Hilden had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 74 minutes into the match, AQUILES's goal looked a bit too open when Iisakki Hilden came free, but Necmettin İklim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristobal Goito made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicanor Bertol in the 78th minute. After some careless play in the AQUILES defense, David Rios kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Necmettin İklim. The AQUILES fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Necmettin İklim should have stopped the shot. 89 minutes into the match, Nicanor Bertol dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cristobal Goito, 2-2. Necmettin İklim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Rios in the 91st minute of play. Neither team could find the winning goal during normal time. The second half finished 2-2. Extra-time would have to be played.
After the break the players went out on the field to play the first half of overtime with revived energy in their legs. AQUILES's Nicanor Bertol started the play with the initial kick off. David Rios took the ball and in the 103 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Necmettin İklim. Necmettin İklim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Carabata Groove's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
