The audience thought a goal was coming when Cintya Palacios got free with Marcus Ekrot in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 10 minutes into the game, Balázs Sebes lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Marcus Ekrot. Marcus Ekrot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Balázs Sebes in the 13th minute of play. Marcus Ekrot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Balázs Sebes, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Jose Indalecio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Dida Martins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hoberg United's Dida Martins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Trancoso in the 33rd minute of play. Vykans Vikingar were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after Hoberg United's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jose Indalecio took the corner. The corner led Vykans Vikingar's Jose Indalecio to fire away a dangerous shot which Dida Martins despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Martin Mutumba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dida Martins having to interfere. Marcus Ekrot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudio-Paul Pirinchev, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Marcus Ekrot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Balázs Sebes in the 40th minute of the match. Hoberg United's Dida Martins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Trancoso in the 43rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jose Indalecio in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dida Martins prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Claudio-Paul Pirinchev fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hoberg United's protests and gave Claudio-Paul Pirinchev a yellow card for diving instead.

Marcus Ekrot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudio-Paul Pirinchev in the 56th minute of play. Vykans Vikingar made a substitution. Tage Glanselius replaced Hugo Eden. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Vykans Vikingar's goalie and right to Balázs Sebes. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Vykans Vikingar's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cintya Palacios in the 62nd minute of play forced Vykans Vikingar's goalkeeper Marcus Ekrot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcus Ekrot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudio-Paul Pirinchev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cintya Palacios in the 67th minute of play forced Vykans Vikingar's goalkeeper Marcus Ekrot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cintya Palacios in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcus Ekrot saved Vykans Vikingar from getting behind. 73 minutes into the match, Vykans Vikingar's goal looked a bit too open when Balázs Sebes came free, but Marcus Ekrot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Claudio-Paul Pirinchev came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Hoberg United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Claudio-Paul Pirinchev couldn't finish the play. Vykans Vikingar made a substitution. Bengt-Arne Haglund replaced Martin Mutumba. In the 83rd minute Balázs Sebes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus Ekrot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hoberg United's Dida Martins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bengt-Arne Haglund in the 87th minute of play. Marcus Ekrot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cintya Palacios, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute.

It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Hoberg United had played much better football throughout.
