Neither GAÚCHO FC or Magallanes succeeded in finding a winner during the second half. That meant the players faced another 30 minutes of extra-time.

After the break the players went out on the field to play the first half of overtime with revived energy in their legs. GAÚCHO FC's Vilhelm Lorden started the play with the initial kick off. With a little luck, Magallanes's Ksawery Witkowski got control of the ball when Gürsel Saltukalp tried to sneak it across the goal line. The GAÚCHO FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Magallanes's performance. The match ended with a win for Magallanes.
