After some careless play in the Chinese CJ Youth Academy defense, Dario Betzanos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Frank Frankfurter. The Chinese CJ Youth Academy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Frank Frankfurter should have stopped the shot. 22 minutes into the match, Dario Betzanos notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Chinese CJ Youth Academy's Frank Frankfurter. Frank Frankfurter was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Xu Yong Feng made in the 28th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Edinson Haaland. Edinson Haaland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 35th minute, Edinson Haaland got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Golden Dragón F.C's Domingos Iliana got a free kick in the 38th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 41 minutes, Hilario Pesquera successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Frank Frankfurter stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dario Betzanos's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Chinese CJ Youth Academy made a substitution. Tytus Orling replaced Lucjan Falkiewicz. The wind increased when Dario Betzanos made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Golden Dragón F.C's Dario Betzanos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Frank Frankfurter narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fernandez Vizcarreto charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fernandez Vizcarreto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Hilario Pesquera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. Golden Dragón F.C's Fernandez Vizcarreto managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Bai Feng Xiang in the 68 minute of the game. Chinese CJ Youth Academy's Su Jian Jie got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Chinese CJ Youth Academy's Edinson Haaland got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Golden Dragón F.C's Tadeo Olmedilla was substituted for Dario Betzanos. Chinese CJ Youth Academy's Yuan Ting Chao was substituted for Lu Zhan Jian. In the 74th minute, Edinson Haaland hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fernandez Vizcarreto took the corner. In the 87th match minute, Chinese CJ Youth Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bai Feng Xiang to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tadeo Olmedilla got free with Frank Frankfurter in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Golden Dragón F.C getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Fernandez Vizcarreto hit a great ball. Hilario Pesquera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tytus Orling in the 92nd minute of play. A throw-in in the 95th minute of the game was made by Bai Feng Xiang with Long Xiang Yuan as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Hilario Pesquera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Günther Doty in the 96th minute of the match. 98 minutes into the match, Günther Doty had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hilario Pesquera. Golden Dragón F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Günther Doty was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4.

The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Golden Dragón F.C eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
