Zlatan BK's Ellis Schenck proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Zlatan BK from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Zlatan BK's Ellis Schenck got control of the ball when Filiph Biörling tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zlatan BK's Cesare Maestri quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Alberto Estevon, made in the 8th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pan Guo Qian in the 10th minute of play forced Grêmio FBPA's goalkeeper Jardel Sanches to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Nestor Leão in the 11th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Zlatan BK's Cesare Maestri. Ubaldo Padro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jardel Sanches having to make a save. Jardel Sanches made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ubaldo Padro in the 16th minute of play. Grêmio FBPA's Jardel Sanches played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pan Guo Qian in the 17th minute of play. Ubaldo Padro took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jardel Sanches. Jardel Sanches dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 24 minutes into the match, Grêmio FBPA's goal looked a bit too open when Pan Guo Qian came free, but Jardel Sanches reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ellis Schenck didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Darío Pereyra went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Jardel Sanches made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ubaldo Padro in the 29th minute of play. With a little luck, Zlatan BK's Ellis Schenck got control of the ball when Darío Pereyra tried to sneak it across the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Grêmio FBPA's goal looked a bit too open when Ubaldo Padro came free, but Jardel Sanches reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32ndth minute of the game Ubaldo Padro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grêmio FBPA's Jardel Sanches was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zlatan BK's Olle Olsson managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Alberto Estevon in the 37 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danell Mackiathan in the 39th minute of play forced Grêmio FBPA's goalkeeper Jardel Sanches to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Ubaldo Padro fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zlatan BK's protests and gave Ubaldo Padro a yellow card for diving instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pipis Karapatakis to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Zlatan BK's goal looked a bit too open when Pipis Karapatakis came free, but Ellis Schenck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 54th minute, Alberto Estevon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zlatan BK's Tobias Tomasson was substituted for Mariusz Kloczko. Zlatan BK made a substitution. Albert Linberg replaced Cesare Maestri. After taking down the ball on Zlatan BK's corner Per Hägglund fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jardel Sanches quite easily take care of the ball. Ubaldo Padro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jardel Sanches having to make a save. With a little luck, Grêmio FBPA's Jardel Sanches got control of the ball when Ubaldo Padro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jardel Sanches showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ubaldo Padro, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Karl-Oskar Kinnman kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. 75 minutes into the match, Grêmio FBPA's goalkeeper Jardel Sanches had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ubaldo Padro. Jardel Sanches made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ubaldo Padro in the 83rd minute. 85 minutes had been played when some careless play by Grêmio FBPA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Per Hägglund was slow to take the kick. During this time Zlatan BK's players had a chance to rest. Zlatan BK's Albert Linberg was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jardel Sanches in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Karl-Oskar Kinnman's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 87thth minute, Jardel Sanches skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 92 minutes into the game, Ubaldo Padro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Jardel Sanches was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ubaldo Padro struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Jardel Sanches didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zlatan BK.

The Grêmio FBPA supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Zlatan BK's performance. The match ended with a win for Zlatan BK.
