Fisica UNT's Dražen Ladić proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT from getting a goal against them. Berenjenas de Punto Fijo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dieter Denys in the 12th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's goalkeeper Dražen Ladić had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alvaro Ramiréz. Thibaut Vandamme didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcelo Cordero went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Marcelo Cordero blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Thibaut Vandamme having to make a save. Thibaut Vandamme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelo Cordero, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 31 minutes into the game, Alvaro Ramiréz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dražen Ladić. Alvaro Ramiréz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. In the 36th minute Marcelo Cordero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thibaut Vandamme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's Dražen Ladić proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT from getting a goal against them. In the 56th match minute, Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonard Purcaru to maneuver through the defense. Marcelo Cordero's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thibaut Vandamme read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Martín Ferreyra in the 60th minute. After taking down the ball on Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's corner Martín Ferreyra fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Thibaut Vandamme quite easily take care of the ball. In the 68th match minute, Berenjenas de Punto Fijo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francis Van Geel to maneuver through the defense. Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT made a substitution. Joaquín Ybarra replaced Cristobal Polo. After a rather tough play, Berenjenas de Punto Fijo's Francis Van Geel got a free kick in the 69th minute. Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's Dražen Ladić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juli Alvarez in the 74th minute of play. Dražen Ladić showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juli Alvarez, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Leonard Purcaru made in the 80th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Marcelo Cordero. In the 85th minute, Juli Alvarez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dražen Ladić was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Juli Alvarez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Berenjenas de Punto Fijo's supporters rose to their feet, but Juli Alvarez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dražen Ladić breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Behram Vacit charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Behram Vacit the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Fisica UNT booed when Berenjenas de Punto Fijo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. James Bom didn't get a good kick on the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's Joaquín Ybarra sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thibaut Vandamme narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

Berenjenas de Punto Fijo were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT for a fine match.
