After a defensive mix-up in Gastres FC's zone, Haroldo Alfonso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Geronimo Ongile came out of the goal and Haroldo Alfonso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Haroldo Alfonso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Geronimo Ongile read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Haroldo Alfonso got free with Geronimo Ongile in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A nice corner shot did that Eumaios Zorbas got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Geronimo Ongile quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Eddy Ginanjar hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, ★ Lobos FC ★'s Geronimo Ongile threw himself towards the right post 15 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Haroldo Alfonso, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Gastres FC's Geronimo Ongile played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haroldo Alfonso in the 20th minute of play. After 21 minutes Gastres FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Misael Sigaran who took care of the corner kick. The corner led ★ Lobos FC ★'s Misael Sigaran to fire away a dangerous shot which Geronimo Ongile despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Geronimo Ongile came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by ★ Lobos FC ★'s Haroldo Alfonso. But to his dismay, Haroldo Alfonso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 35 minutes of play, ★ Lobos FC ★'s Kalle Österberg made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Geronimo Ongile was left in no man's land by his defense there! 39 minutes into the match, Gastres FC's goal looked a bit too open when Haroldo Alfonso came free, but Geronimo Ongile reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kalle Österberg got free with Geronimo Ongile in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eddy Ginanjar kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Gastres FC's Geronimo Ongile played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haroldo Alfonso in the 43rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Haroldo Alfonso managed to get in a good position for a shot. ★ Lobos FC ★'s supporters rose to their feet, but Haroldo Alfonso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Geronimo Ongile breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

In the 51st minute Misael Sigaran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geronimo Ongile saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 58 in the game by Teobaldo Belmiro from a close distance when the talented Svante Valrot managed to make a qualified save. ★ Lobos FC ★'s players were relieved. Svante Valrot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teobaldo Belmiro in the 60th minute of play. Svante Valrot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamin Neto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 71 minutes into the match, Gastres FC's goal looked a bit too open when Haroldo Alfonso came free, but Geronimo Ongile reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Svante Valrot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Calistrat Geangu, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. After 76 played minutes Gastres FC got a freekick which was hit by Marcos Acuña. Gastres FC's Edgardo Javiar was substituted for Benjamin Neto. ★ Lobos FC ★'s Bryan Marant was substituted for Felíx Felix. The supporters of ★ Lobos FC ★ booed when Gastres FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcos Acuña didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kalle Österberg struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Geronimo Ongile didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ★ Lobos FC ★. Gerardo Piqué hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. ★ Lobos FC ★'s Svante Valrot proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save ★ Lobos FC ★ from getting a goal against them.

The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. ★ Lobos FC ★ were victorious despite being under pressure from Gastres FC for much of the match.
