Club Olimpia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guus Harmsen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Guus Harmsen in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alfredo Aguilar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Roque Gora came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Club Olimpia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roque Gora couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Club Olimpia's Pan Xi De slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of 魏亮宇. That made the score 1-1 after 19 minutes of play. Alfredo Aguilar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guus Harmsen in the 24th minute of the match.
