From close distance Jens Wahlnäs pressed in the 1-1 goal high up into nets stiches in the right cross 7 minutes into the game. When Ingvar Abelsson came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Tunhems Idrottssällskap fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ingvar Abelsson couldn't finish the play. Tyrese Honeycutt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Toby Saunders was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jens Wahlnäs showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 16 minute of play. Jens Wahlnäs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 21st match minute, Levelland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stephan Cardenas to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd minute, Jens Wahlnäs ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Toby Saunders was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. 31 minutes into the game, Levelland's Reinaldo Burke nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jimmy Björklund made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. Albert Offendahl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toby Saunders having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Bo-Erik Wall got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Albert Offendahl managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tunhems Idrottssällskap's supporters rose to their feet, but Albert Offendahl was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Toby Saunders breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Timmy Ahlstedt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-2.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Tyrese Honeycutt got free with Jimmy Björklund in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 53rd minute, Nils Stephansson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 54 played minutes, Levelland's Tyrese Honeycutt shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jimmy Björklund came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Levelland reached it. 57 minutes into the match, Levelland's goal looked a bit too open when Bo-Erik Wall came free, but Toby Saunders reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, Tunhems Idrottssällskap's goalkeeper Jimmy Björklund had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Milo Arellano. Toby Saunders came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Tunhems Idrottssällskap's Albert Offendahl. But to his dismay, Albert Offendahl quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. If Albert Offendahl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jimmy Björklund made an important save on a dangerous shot by Milo Arellano in the 70th minute. Jens Wahlnäs scored 5-2 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Toby Saunders, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Toby Saunders took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jens Wahlnäs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Kevin Middleton fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Levelland's protests and gave Kevin Middleton a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Levelland getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Kevin Middleton hit a great ball. Tyrese Honeycutt kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Timmy Ahlstedt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Toby Saunders tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tunhems Idrottssällskap's Jimmy Björklund proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Tunhems Idrottssällskap from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Reinaldo Burke kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jimmy Björklund. That made the score 5-3 in the 84 minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, Tunhems Idrottssällskap's goalkeeper Jimmy Björklund had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Milo Arellano. Jimmy Björklund was a little too slow when Tyrese Honeycutt got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 89th minute. The score was now 5-4. Tunhems Idrottssällskap's Jimmy Björklund proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Tunhems Idrottssällskap from getting a goal against them. Tunhems Idrottssällskap's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
