Yavuz Selim Candeğer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Osvaldinho Tinoco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Akil Özgurcan in the 5th minute of the match. After 8 minutes Hilvan SK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tomás Arósio who took care of the corner kick. Tomás Arósio made a great header on Tabocão FC's corner, it was just that Hilvan SK's Yavuz Selim Candeğer managed to reach the ball for a save. Gabriel Paraibano kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. In the 11th minute of the match Arif Gaffar Altunç sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Osvaldinho Tinoco skillfully saved the ball. Yavuz Selim Candeğer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cássio Maia in the 18th minute of the match. In the 19th minute, Jefferson Vander ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yavuz Selim Candeğer was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 22nd minute, Ahmet Hazar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Yavuz Selim Candeğer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jefferson Vander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ahmet Hazar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee gave Tabocão FC a penalty, 31 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Tomás Arósio, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Hilvan SK's Yavuz Selim Candeğer. 0-2. Atilla Kağan Özbekkan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Osvaldinho Tinoco made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Hilvan SK's zone, Haroldo Damião stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yavuz Selim Candeğer came out of the goal and Haroldo Damião tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hilvan SK's goalkeeper Yavuz Selim Candeğer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tabocão FC's Tomás Arósio suffered a concussion after 46 minutes and had to leave the field. 47 minutes into the game, Ahmet Kutsi Akkaş was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hilvan SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tabocão FC the free kick. A collision led to Hilvan SK getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Ahmet Kutsi Akkaş hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jefferson Vander was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Akil Özgurcan in the 52nd minute of play forced Tabocão FC's goalkeeper Osvaldinho Tinoco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jefferson Vanders short, quick shot in the 55thth minute got Yavuz Selim Candeğer to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Yavuz Selim Candeğer was out of position in the 59 minute of play, and Cássio Maia capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cássio Maia really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. Paulo José Varela charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Paulo José Varela the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Tabocão FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. When Cássio Maia came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Tabocão FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cássio Maia couldn't finish the play. In the 70th minute, Atilla Kağan Özbekkan made a precise shot to the right of Osvaldinho Tinoco. Tabocão FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Haroldo Damião kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. José Maria Abreu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yavuz Selim Candeğer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jefferson Vander in the 79th minute. 80 minutes into the match, Hilvan SK's goal looked a bit too open when Cássio Maia came free, but Yavuz Selim Candeğer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 83 minutes, Arif Gaffar Altunç mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hilvan SK and the Tabocão FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 87th minute, Tabocão FC's Cássio Maia ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Yavuz Selim Candeğer. Yavuz Selim Candeğer yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. 91 minutes into the match, Jefferson Vander dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Yavuz Selim Candeğer, 1-6. Tabocão FC played a much better game than Hilvan SK and deserved their victory. The Hilvan SK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
