Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ciprian Gaiță kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurel Lăceanu in the 4th minute of play forced FC Koper's goalkeeper Bine Šercelj to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of FC Cosula-BTF- booed when FC Koper was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Izidor Brinšek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aurel Lăceanu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 7th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bine Šercelj. FC Koper's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Bine Šercelj showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciprian Gaiță in the 8th minute of the match. After 9 minutes, Olimpiu Teodorescu made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. FC Koper's Bine Šercelj tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 12 minutes, Timi Osojnik managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Koper's supporters crossed their fingers, but Timi Osojnik was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match clock showed 14 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Ciprian Gaiță sped through FC Koper's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bine Šercelj. In the 19thth minute of the game Ciprian Gaiță who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Koper's Bine Šercelj was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 21 minutes, Ciprian Gaiță made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. FC Koper's Bine Šercelj tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. FC Cosula-BTF-'s Ciprian Gaiță got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bine Šercelj didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Olimpiu Teodorescu went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. The audience was convinced that Olimpiu Teodorescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bine Šercelj was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Bine Šercelj didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ciprian Gaiță went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. FC Cosula-BTF-'s Ciprian Gaiță got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bine Šercelj showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olimpiu Teodorescu in the 39th minute of the match. Vintilă Bădescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bine Šercelj stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ciprian Gaiță's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luka Saje was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ciprian Gaiță got free with Bine Šercelj in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 59th match minute, FC Cosula-BTF- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gheorghe Chițan to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Cosula-BTF-'s Ciprian Gaiță slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bine Šercelj. That made the score 0-6 after 61 minutes of play. Ciprian Gaițăs short, quick shot in the 64thth minute got Bine Šercelj to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 65 minutes into the game, Ciprian Gaiță lined in a short shot 0-7 behind a frustrated Bine Šercelj. If Aurel Lăceanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Bine Šercelj, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When FC Cosula-BTF-'s Olimpiu Teodorescu in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Koper's goalie prevented a goal. 84 minutes into the game, Ciprian Gaiță lined in a short shot 0-8 behind a frustrated Bine Šercelj. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ciprian Gaiță in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bine Šercelj prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 94 minutes, Ciprian Gaiță made it 0-9 with a short kick to the right side. FC Koper's Bine Šercelj tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. FC Cosula-BTF-'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
