After 4 played minutes Sconvols United got a freekick which was hit by Olivier Bigler. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giannis Chatziioannou in the 7th minute of play forced Tinganes Bóltfelag's goalkeeper Ingi Castilho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alvaro Marchesani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ásbjørn Jónsson in the 10th minute of the match. Fríðrikur Ellingsgaard could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Alvaro Marchesani made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ingi Løkin during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ingi Løkin kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Ingi Castilho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giannis Chatziioannou in the 19th minute of play. Ingi Castilho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giannis Chatziioannou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 27 minutes into the match, Sconvols United's goalkeeper Alvaro Marchesani had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Poul Enok Kwieciński. A collision led to Sconvols United getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Rudy Lukas hit a great ball. In the 33rd minute, Giannis Chatziioannou left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sconvols United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 37th minute of the match Giannis Chatziioannou shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ingi Castilho showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ingi Castilho came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Sconvols United's Giannis Chatziioannou. But to his dismay, Giannis Chatziioannou quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 44 minutes into the game, Giannis Chatziioannou cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Ingi Castilho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After the first half Sconvols United were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Giannis Chatziioannou to make the kick off. Alvaro Marchesani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ásbjørn Jónsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giannis Chatziioannou in the 54th minute of play forced Tinganes Bóltfelag's goalkeeper Ingi Castilho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 60 minutes into the match, Sconvols United's goal looked a bit too open when Ásbjørn Jónsson came free, but Alvaro Marchesani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fríðrikur Ellingsgaard in the 62nd minute of play forced Sconvols United's goalkeeper Alvaro Marchesani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Giannis Chatziioannou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 65th minute Giannis Chatziioannou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ingi Castilho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Giannis Chatziioannou got free with Ingi Castilho in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sconvols United's Alvaro Marchesani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Poul Enok Kwieciński in the 76th minute of play. After 87 minutes, Olivier Bigler mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sconvols United and the Tinganes Bóltfelag players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Sconvols United's Olivier Bigler got a free kick in the 87th minute. A collision led to Sconvols United getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Olivier Bigler hit a great ball. After 96 played minutes Sconvols United got a freekick which was hit by Michal Pikl. Although Tinganes Bóltfelag had been in control for most of the match, Sconvols United still came away with the win.
