In the 14thth minute of the game 严峰建 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chelsea A's Eusebiu Stolnicu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 16th minute, Brondby IF's 贺笑志 seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed 贺笑志 the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Brondby IF protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and 贺笑志 had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. A collision led to Brondby IF getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. 贺笑志 hit a great ball. The Brondby IF fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when Brondby IF's 雷思夕 looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 24 minutes into the game, Cristi Orescu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chelsea A's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Brondby IF the free kick. A collision led to Chelsea A getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Cristi Orescu hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 雷思夕 in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eusebiu Stolnicu saved Chelsea A from getting behind. 雷思夕 struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Eusebiu Stolnicu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brondby IF. After having played for 32 minutes, 雷思夕 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brondby IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but 雷思夕 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 严峰建 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Eusebiu Stolnicu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 雷思夕 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If 雷思夕 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. After a rather tough play, Chelsea A's Florin Vermeşan got a free kick in the 39th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by 邱震浩 in the 40th minute of play forced Chelsea A's goalkeeper Eusebiu Stolnicu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 43 minutes into the match, Chelsea A's goal looked a bit too open when 雷思夕 came free, but Eusebiu Stolnicu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 雷思夕 struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Dorel Bucurescu hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. 钱思斐 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Eusebiu Stolnicu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 58 minutes into the match, Brondby IF's 雷思夕 sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eusebiu Stolnicu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 61 minutes into the match, Chelsea A's goalkeeper Eusebiu Stolnicu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 雷思夕. 62 minutes into the match, Mircea Spirache had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of 庞岚骏. Brondby IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mircea Spirache was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 65thth minute of the game 雷思夕 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chelsea A's Eusebiu Stolnicu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 81 minutes, the score became 1-4 when 严峰建 sped through Chelsea A's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Eusebiu Stolnicu. After a defensive mix-up in Chelsea A's zone, 严峰建 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eusebiu Stolnicu came out of the goal and 严峰建 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 雷思夕 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th minute Cătălin Tarcea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 庞岚骏 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chelsea A's Eusebiu Stolnicu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 雷思夕 in the 93rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 雷思夕 in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eusebiu Stolnicu saved Chelsea A from getting behind.
