Peter Sudhoff didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rapid Wien. In the 16th minute, Gaston Ixona hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee felt a red card was in order, 17 minutes into the game, when Philipp Wannemaker put in a rough tackle. In the 17th minute, one of RBL:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for RBL. The goalkeeper, Peter Sudhoff, was totally fooled by Rapid Wien's 陆乐西, who 19 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 肖星适 was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 27th minute. Rapid Wien's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.
