Douglas Viana was a little too slow when Christian Arratia got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 11th minute. The score was now 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo da Rocha in the 14th minute of play forced Vanadio F.C.'s goalkeeper Cugat Cardet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Alfredo da Rocha put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Cugat Cardet. Gomez Badillo hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Christian Arratia in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Douglas Viana prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vanadio F.C.'s Caton Rascon got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 96th minute Christian Arratia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Douglas Viana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vanadio F.C.'s supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
