In the 26th minute of the match Tunge Titans got a corner. AIK FOTBOLL's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cristian Salles ran over to the corner to take the kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Khamzat Chimaev got free with Arne Kilström in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. AIK FOTBOLL's Arne Kilström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save AIK FOTBOLL from getting a goal against them. Viggo Harlén came free in the 33rd minute and tried to tip the ball over Bianco Garvetti, but to the joy of Tunge Titans's supporters the ball hit the crossbar and out. A sloppy throw-in by Cristian Salles in the 36th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by AIK FOTBOLL's Olov Deckberg. Bianco Garvetti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evert Dahlqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Evert Dahlqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bianco Garvetti having to interfere. In the 45th minute Stig-Arne Skålberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bianco Garvetti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 47 minutes into the game, Cristian Salles threw the ball into play from the sideline. AIK FOTBOLL's Olov Deckberg quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion.

In the 57th minute of the match, Elof Hedin tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bianco Garvetti saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The crowd rose to their feet as AIK FOTBOLL's Robert Hermansson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bianco Garvetti. That made the score 0-1 after 84 minutes of play. Tunge Titans made a substitution. Jens-Åke Larsfelt replaced Godofredo Lauaxeta. AIK FOTBOLL's Arne Kilström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Khamzat Chimaev in the 90th minute of play. In the 90th minute Khamzat Chimaev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Kilström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The long shot by Benne Speed in the 92nd minute really tested Bianco Garvetti's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Bianco Garvetti was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Pedro Paulo Mesquita showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 95 minute of play. The AIK FOTBOLL players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
