Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Duardo Bolantin made the kick off in the second half. Dinei Carvalho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Duardo Bolantin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 52nd minute, Guto Goiano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Duardo Bolantin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valdo Manurga in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dinei Carvalho saved Metolokos MZ Clube from getting behind. Dinei Carvalho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duardo Bolantin in the 58th minute of play. When Borussia Dortmund's Valdo Manurga in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Dinei Carvalho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 81st minute Duardo Bolantin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dinei Carvalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nevada Maderos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raí Godoi in the 84th minute. The supporters of Metolokos MZ Clube booed when Borussia Dortmund was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valdo Manurga didn't get a good kick on the ball.
