Bandeca FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Flávio Arósio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gaspar Verastegui breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee showed Caio de Salles the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 88 played minutes, Sporting Buceo's Mano Ramos shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kléberson Soeiro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sporting Buceo reached it. Luiz Gustavo Couto took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gaspar Verastegui. Gaspar Verastegui dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. Gaspar Verastegui was out of position in the 94 minute of play, and Tiago Ortiz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tiago Ortiz really showed his touch with that goal: 1-6. When the match was over Bandeca FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Sporting Buceo throughout the match.
