In the 8th match minute, Anderbye FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zeca Simões to maneuver through the defense. 10 minutes into the match, Brazil's Benjamin da Fonseca sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ulisses Toledo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Edmílson Carvalho's late challenge caught a Brazil's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After 19 played minutes Anderbye FC got a freekick which was hit by Horácio Linhares. In the 20th minute, Benjamin da Fonseca ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ulisses Toledo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Brazil's Moisés Santana managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Edmílson Carvalho in the 24 minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benjamin da Fonseca in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ulisses Toledo saved Anderbye FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin da Fonseca in the 29th minute of play forced Anderbye FC's goalkeeper Ulisses Toledo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ulisses Toledo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benjamin da Fonseca, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. The throw-in from Edmílson Carvalho in the 32nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Brazil's Moisés Santana. In the 47th play minute Benjamin da Fonseca came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ulisses Toledo. 6-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ricardinho Correia was the one to do the kick off. If Benjamin da Fonseca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Benjamin da Fonseca's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ulisses Toledo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Ulisses Toledo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maurinho Mendonça in the 81st minute of the match. Edmílson Carvalho made in the 82nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Brazil's Moisés Santana. Ulisses Toledo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maurinho Mendonça in the 83rd minute of play. Ulisses Toledo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ulisses Toledo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celsinho Perez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Brazil's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
