River CBBA's Marcelo Barovero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save River CBBA from getting a goal against them. Argoitz Abeijon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erling Blixt got free with Marcelo Barovero in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 34 minutes into the match, River CBBA's goalkeeper Marcelo Barovero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Godofredo Oriol. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Grox Team F.C.'s goalkeeper Mané Jacinto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Juan Funes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mané Jacinto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play.
