Real Chelsea's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Schorsch Schmalzbauer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gus Weir in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Clive Holloway prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Wei Bing Ran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Schorsch Schmalzbauer in the 10th minute of play. Gencer Benlioğlu hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. After having played for 11 minutes, Stu Bullock managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Chelsea's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stu Bullock was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wei Bing Ran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Schorsch Schmalzbauer in the 41st minute of the match. Stu Bullock struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Clive Holloway didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Chelsea. Matt Sullivan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 47 minutes into the match, Staffordshire Terrier FC's Schorsch Schmalzbauer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wei Bing Ran narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Real Chelsea's Tyler Tolley was substituted for Gus Weir. Real Chelsea's Rodd Commons was substituted for Patrick Panther. In the 79th minute, Rodd Commons hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
