Gone With the Win's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vlastimir Jovanović got free with Ged Nightingale in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hong Yuan charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hong Yuan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Arrows Academy FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Hong Yuan hit a great ball.

If Grzegorz Piechna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by 苞 in the 58th minute of play forced Arrows Academy FC's goalkeeper Ged Nightingale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ged Nightingale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 苞, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. After a rather tough play, Arrows Academy FC's David Stenkvist got a free kick in the 84th minute. After 84 played minutes, Gone With the Win's Daud Kunaefi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ged Nightingale came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Gone With the Win reached it. Gone With the Win's Dráuzio Mattos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Gone With the Win from getting a goal against them. 88 minutes into the match, Hannes Kuusk notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Arrows Academy FC's Ged Nightingale. Ged Nightingale was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
