In the 20th minute Per Stenberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paris Chatzinikolaou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 21 minutes, Paris Chatzinikolaou successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 24th minute Zeng Xu Chang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magne Gunnarsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paris Chatzinikolaou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henry Fagerberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ramon Cooper's late challenge caught a Rönnöfors FF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ramon Cooper helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Rijosos F.C. getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Ramon Cooper hit a great ball. Magne Gunnarsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vitório Donato's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. Paris Chatzinikolaou showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per Stenberg in the 34th minute of the match. When Rönnöfors FF's Henry Fagerberg in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 47 played minutes Rijosos F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Ramon Cooper. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.
