The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Huang Rong in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aytaç Dilsafa saved DeaDpOoL from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Enoaia in the 7th minute of play forced DeaDpOoL's goalkeeper Aytaç Dilsafa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 9th minute Alex Enoaia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aytaç Dilsafa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aytaç Dilsafa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Huang Rong in the 13th minute of play. 14 minutes had been played when some careless play by DeaDpOoL's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ulises Dimas was slow to take the kick. During this time Golden Generation's players had a chance to rest. Turgay Şeren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Malcolm McIntosh in the 15th minute of the match. Turgay Şeren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dario Guidoni in the 17th minute. Aytaç Dilsafa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulises Dimas, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Huang Rong in the 22nd minute of play forced DeaDpOoL's goalkeeper Aytaç Dilsafa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Sacit Refik dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Turgay Şeren, 1-0. In the 26th minute Alex Enoaia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aytaç Dilsafa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sacit Refik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Turgay Şeren having to interfere. Aytaç Dilsafa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Huang Rong's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Aytaç Dilsafa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Huang Rong went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Sacit Refik managed to get in a good position for a shot. DeaDpOoL's supporters rose to their feet, but Sacit Refik was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Turgay Şeren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 38 minutes into the match, DeaDpOoL's goal looked a bit too open when Huang Rong came free, but Aytaç Dilsafa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Golden Generation's Turgay Şeren got control of the ball when Dario Guidoni tried to sneak it across the goal line. DeaDpOoL's Aytaç Dilsafa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Huang Rong in the 44th minute of play.

Golden Generation made a substitution. Barnaba Ciborek replaced Alex Enoaia. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Yorrick Hekman made a kick off. After 52 minutes, Elpidio Intxixu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Golden Generation and the DeaDpOoL players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 53rd minute, Sacit Refik got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elivélton Cunha in the 65th minute of play forced DeaDpOoL's goalkeeper Aytaç Dilsafa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Golden Generation's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ulises Dimas in the 66th minute. A nice corner shot did that Ulises Dimas got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Aytaç Dilsafa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yorrick Hekman got free with Aytaç Dilsafa in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Turgay Şeren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sacit Refik in the 78th minute of the match. In the 88th minute Malcolm McIntosh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Turgay Şeren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Barnaba Ciborek came free with the goalkeeper in the 89th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Aytaç Dilsafa could save by the left post. Turgay Şeren came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by DeaDpOoL's Dario Guidoni. But to his dismay, Dario Guidoni quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
