Quilaquina FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Tauro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Osoro Cordoba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Tauro in the 29th minute of play. Benigno Ur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduardo Neila in the 31st minute of play. Lomalinda's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Tauro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Lomalinda's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Quilaquina FC the free kick. After 64 played minutes Lomalinda got a freekick which was hit by Ebardo Alzola. In the 65th minute of the match Cristian Tauro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Osoro Cordoba skillfully saved the ball. In the 68th minute Eduardo Neila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benigno Ur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ziad Rhanem kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Cristian Tauro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Osoro Cordoba. That made the score 2-4 in the 72 minute of play. In the 78th minute, Gaitan Caliz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benigno Ur was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-4. After a rather tough play, Quilaquina FC's Maximino Cerilo got a free kick in the 81st minute. In the 95th minute, Edgard Peter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Lomalinda supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Quilaquina FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Quilaquina FC.
