Benedykt Bronkala scored 0-1 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jeff Gray, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jeff Gray made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. 21 minutes into the match, Dawid Pleban notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Bangladesh Football's Jeff Gray. Jeff Gray was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter Shepherd in the 26th minute of play forced F.C. Piastów's goalkeeper Marcos Chavez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 33 played minutes Bangladesh Football got a freekick which was hit by Bryan Tyler. In the 34th minute of the match Tobiasz Rasiak sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jeff Gray skillfully saved the ball. Jeff Gray showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benedykt Bronkala, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Marcos Chavez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Peter Shepherd in the 38th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Peter Shepherd stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes, Bryan Tyler mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bangladesh Football and the F.C. Piastów players grew even worse after the yellow card. F.C. Piastów's Tobiasz Rasiak got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benedykt Bronkala got free with Jeff Gray in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marcos Chavez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peter Shepherd in the 63rd minute of the match. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
