An unexpectedly hard shot by 康鸿潮 in the 4th minute of play forced SV Bad Harzburg's goalkeeper Jacek Matuch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 4 minutes, Jacek Matuch successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 5 minutes into the match, Altza Herria's 康鸿潮 sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jacek Matuch narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 康鸿潮's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jacek Matuch read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. Silvestre Loi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio-César van Beek read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. SV Bad Harzburg were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after Altza Herria's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. In the 28th minute, 康鸿潮 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Éthan Pichard kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. After 45 minutes of play, SV Bad Harzburg's Silvestre Loi made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Julio-César van Beek was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Altza Herria made a substitution. Filomeno Ballesteros replaced Medero Barral. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Christiano Ronaldo to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute, 康鸿潮 made a precise shot to the right of Jacek Matuch. SV Bad Harzburg's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. After 60 played minutes SV Bad Harzburg got a freekick which was hit by Jurek Ohrem. After 63 played minutes Altza Herria got a freekick which was hit by Filomeno Ballesteros. A collision led to SV Bad Harzburg getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Patrick Josselin hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Silvestre Loi got free with Julio-César van Beek in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 71st minute Christiano Ronaldo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacek Matuch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 72 minutes, Silvestre Loi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SV Bad Harzburg's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvestre Loi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Christiano Ronaldo might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jacek Matuch. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Christiano Ronaldo ran back to his position shaking his head. Olov Gunnarsson kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Altza Herria's Julio-César van Beek got control of the ball when Jurek Ohrem tried to sneak it across the goal line. With an all-out effort, SV Bad Harzburg's Julio-César van Beek threw himself towards the right post 93 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Silvestre Loi, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 95th minute Silvestre Loi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio-César van Beek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio-César van Beek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jurek Ohrem in the 97th minute of the match.
