An unexpectedly hard shot by Damiano Basso in the 35th minute of play forced Windsor's goalkeeper Calum Hirst to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Francesco Ciolli couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Panico FC's Armando Ciscato got a free kick in the 41st minute. Panico FC's Alessandro Lazzaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kyle Robson in the 42nd minute of play. A collision led to Panico FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Armando Ciscato hit a great ball.

Alessandro Lazzaro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frank Gavan in the 51st minute. After a good free kick, Damiano Basso got an opportunity to smash the ball into the goal, but unfortunately, the ball went just outside the goal, which resulted in a goal kick for Windsor. Concetto Fulgenzi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 87th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Calum Hirst. Windsor's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Dave Tabacchi struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Calum Hirst didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panico FC. The supporters of Panico FC booed when Windsor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Russell Snowden didn't get a good kick on the ball. Panico FC's Damiano Basso got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Des Munroe charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Des Munroe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 95 played minutes Windsor got a freekick which was hit by Des Munroe. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Windsor eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
