The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Timoteo Lucero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paco Cano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Alexandru Nastac's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Branden Shelton was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. In the 13thth minute of the game Alexandru Nastac who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but K.F TIRANA's Branden Shelton was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Timoteo Lucero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paco Cano, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Wincenty Roman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Alexandru Nastac took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Branden Shelton to make any attempt to save it. 24 minutes into the match, Akademia Maliqi's goal looked a bit too open when Jorald Lazaj came free, but Timoteo Lucero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Branden Shelton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emmanuel Urruti in the 29th minute of play. K.F TIRANA's Branden Shelton proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save K.F TIRANA from getting a goal against them. 1-2 became the score in the 34th minute when Paco Cano elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Branden Shelton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oran Tahiri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to K.F TIRANA getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Wincenty Roman hit a great ball. Timoteo Lucero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paco Cano, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Olly May sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alexandru Nastac stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Timoteo Lucero came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by K.F TIRANA's Paco Cano. But to his dismay, Paco Cano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. If Alexandru Nastac had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Olly May hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. 61 minutes into the match, Akademia Maliqi's Alexandru Nastac sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Branden Shelton narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Branden Shelton stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alexandru Nastac's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alexandru Nastac in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Branden Shelton prevented the ball from getting in the gole. K.F TIRANA's Branden Shelton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olly May in the 79th minute of play. 79 minutes into the game, Olly May cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Branden Shelton was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind K.F TIRANA's goalkeeper Branden Shelton, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alexandru Nastac fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Branden Shelton having to interfere. Jorald Lazaj sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Timoteo Lucero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paco Cano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 89 minutes, Vegard Helmersen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the K.F TIRANA and the Akademia Maliqi players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vegard Helmersen kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. K.F TIRANA's Branden Shelton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexandru Nastac in the 93rd minute of play. The Akademia Maliqi supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching K.F TIRANA's performance. The match ended with a win for K.F TIRANA.
