Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Pastor Oriche took the kick off in the first half of the match. After having played for 4 minutes, Pastor Oriche managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Formentera's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pastor Oriche was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 6th minute, Osvaldo Mero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Formentera fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Pascual Gaur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prudencio Otsoko having to interfere. Prudencio Otsoko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jimeno Orlanda in the 13th minute of the match. Tomas Brion charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tomas Brion the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 14th match minute, Formentera was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Brion to maneuver through the defense. In the 15th minute, Bernardino Llope got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Prudencio Otsoko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elias Bartuelo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Isidro Honesto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnulfo Seme in the 23rd minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 26 minutes into the game, when Leonardo Arotza put in a rough tackle. In the 26th minute, Leonardo Arotza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gaston Confesor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Isidro Honesto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pastor Oriche in the 31st minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Osvaldo Mero during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Prudencio Otsoko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pascual Gaur, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. After a rather tough play, Formentera's Robustiano Policarpio got a free kick in the 39th minute. The attack was good, but when Pastor Oriche in the 44th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jimeno Orlanda made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pascual Gaur in the 51st minute of play forced Formentera's goalkeeper Prudencio Otsoko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 60 minutes into the match, Formentera's goal looked a bit too open when Pascual Gaur came free, but Prudencio Otsoko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st minute, Tomas Brion hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. RIVER y NADA MÁS 09.12.18's Narciso Guifre was substituted for Ildefonso Burni. After a rather tough play, Formentera's Tomas Brion got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Elias Bartuelo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Prudencio Otsoko read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. In the 86th minute Jimeno Ursino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prudencio Otsoko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jimeno Ursino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prudencio Otsoko having to interfere. In the 93rd minute, Igor Ranolfo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Osvaldo Mero hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Formentera's zone, Bernardino Llope stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Prudencio Otsoko came out of the goal and Bernardino Llope tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the RIVER y NADA MÁS 09.12.18 players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
