The crowd rose to their feet as Formentera's Arnulfo Seme slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Stefan Söder. That made the score 0-3 after 56 minutes of play. Prudencio Otsoko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Linberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Osvaldo Mero hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Formentera's Simon Nikola got a free kick in the 69th minute. When Christian Jerrald fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Formentera's protests and gave Christian Jerrald a yellow card for diving instead. In the 76th match minute, Formentera was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Jerrald to maneuver through the defense. 77 minutes into the match, Formentera's goal looked a bit too open when Yngve Lindberg came free, but Prudencio Otsoko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
