Ricardo Cordearo's late challenge caught a Wakanda fv FSCMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After 26 played minutes, SAN LORENZO FC's Clodoveo Vellito shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Armandinho Mattos came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SAN LORENZO FC reached it. In the 28th match minute, Wakanda fv FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oswaldo Gonçalves to maneuver through the defense. In the 29th minute Bernardo Romeo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armandinho Mattos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maximino Ofelio in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Armandinho Mattos saved Wakanda fv FSCMZ from getting behind. 33 minutes into the match, Wakanda fv FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Romeo came free, but Armandinho Mattos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Armandinho Mattos came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by SAN LORENZO FC's Gaspar Cordarryl. But to his dismay, Gaspar Cordarryl quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 38 minutes into the game, one of Wakanda fv FSCMZ:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 41st minute there was a penalty for SAN LORENZO FC. Siro Paio stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Armandinho Mattos. 1-2. In the 44th minute, Clodoveo Corderro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Maximino Ofelio to make the kick off. Armandinho Mattos stood somewhat misplaced when Maximino Ofelio came free in front of goal and shot 1-3 to the left of him in the 53 minute. Waldemar Camargo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 94 minutes into the match, Wakanda fv FSCMZ's goalkeeper Armandinho Mattos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bernardo Romeo. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gervasio Txartiko during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to SAN LORENZO FC getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Gervasio Txartiko hit a great ball. Dino Soeiro struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Primitivo Salomone didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wakanda fv FSCMZ. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. SAN LORENZO FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
