But to his dismay, Arnulfo Seme quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Pedro Peter kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Belmiro Hoyuelos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mancio Arana made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Osvaldo Mero sent off a good shot on target. When Formentera's Pastor Oriche in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ajax Colombiano's goalie prevented a goal. Simon Nikola was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 21 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 21st minute of the game. One of Formentera:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ajax Colombiano:s goal. Prudencio Otsoko had in the 23rdth minute some difficulties stopping Herminio Aujea's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mitxaut Matias in the 26th minute of play forced Formentera's goalkeeper Prudencio Otsoko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Ajax Colombiano's Blanco Trabeso got a free kick in the 28th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Ajax Colombiano's goal looked a bit too open when Pastor Oriche came free, but Mancio Arana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Blanco Trabeso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Formentera's Prudencio Otsoko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Blanco Trabeso in the 31st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pastor Oriche in the 34th minute of play forced Ajax Colombiano's goalkeeper Mancio Arana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Pastor Oriche came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Formentera fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pastor Oriche couldn't finish the play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Mitxaut Matias's late challenge caught a Formentera's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mitxaut Matias helped the player get up and apologised. In the 55th match minute, Ajax Colombiano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mitxaut Matias to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alonzo Vincente in the 59th minute of play forced Ajax Colombiano's goalkeeper Mancio Arana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A nice corner shot did that Herminio Aujea got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Prudencio Otsoko quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 62 minutes into the match it was 1-2 when Herminio Aujea shot a long shot which zipped by Formentera's goalkeeper at the right pole. Fabricio Rosalio hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. In the 66th minute, Herminio Aujea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ajax Colombiano's Mancio Arana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pastor Oriche in the 67th minute of play. 71 minutes into the game, Formentera's Pastor Oriche nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mancio Arana made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alonzo Vincente during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Robustiano Policarpio kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Belmiro Hoyuelos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Prudencio Otsoko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Pedro Peter fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Formentera's protests and gave Pedro Peter a yellow card for diving instead. In the 82nd minute, Pedro Peter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 83rd minute, Mitxaut Matias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mitxaut Matias kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Ajax Colombiano defense, Arnulfo Seme kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mancio Arana. The Ajax Colombiano fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mancio Arana should have stopped the shot. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Formentera.
