After a rather tough play, Limmared's Hugo Markusson got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Jerry Gustavsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gasteiz Aguirre, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. If Gervasio Balza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Isadore Castejon hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. 15 minutes into the game, Arvid Löfskog cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Zavier Lozada was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nacional's Zavier Lozada proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Nacional from getting a goal against them. Oskar Örtendahl might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zavier Lozada. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Oskar Örtendahl ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 23 minutes, Lizar Balague managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nacional's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lizar Balague was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zavier Lozada made an important save on a dangerous shot by Oskar Örtendahl in the 24th minute. Arvid Löfskog could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Zavier Lozada made a huge save. August Gernberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Zavier Lozada made a huge save. Isadore Castejon hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. With his leg Zavier Lozada managed to avoid a goal in the 31stth minute, when Limmared's Arvid Löfskog fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience was convinced that Gervasio Balza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jerry Gustavsson was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. Gasteiz Aguirre's late challenge caught a Limmared's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gasteiz Aguirre helped the player get up and apologised. Gasteiz Aguirre kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Jerry Gustavsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lizar Balague in the 44th minute of play. If Gervasio Balza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Limmared's Rickard Holmgren got a free kick in the 47th minute. In the 49th minute Nacional were awarded a corner. Isadore Castejon went to the cornerflag to take it. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arvid Löfskog to make the kick off. Zavier Lozada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oskar Örtendahl in the 53rd minute of the match. Zavier Lozada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oskar Örtendahl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 56th minute Ulf Kilstedt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zavier Lozada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zavier Lozada came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Limmared's August Gernberg. But to his dismay, August Gernberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. August Gernberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jerry Gustavsson was a little too slow when Gervasio Balza got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 67th minute. The score was now 3-1. Oskar Örtendahl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nacional's Zavier Lozada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by August Gernberg in the 78th minute of play. The goalkeeper, Jerry Gustavsson, was totally fooled by Nacional's Isadore Castejon, who 81 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After 87 played minutes Limmared got a freekick which was hit by Ulf Kilstedt. Lizar Balague could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Jerry Gustavsson made a huge save. Jerry Gustavsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lizar Balague in the 96th minute. Oskar Örtendahl might have been able to make a better finish in the 98th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zavier Lozada. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Oskar Örtendahl ran back to his position shaking his head. Nacional's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
