AC SPARTA's Jáchym Pospíchal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florin Verzeanu in the 31st minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Florin Verzeanu notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of AC SPARTA's Jáchym Pospíchal. Jáchym Pospíchal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Martin Velecký kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Jiří Hadrava struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Florin Uncu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AC SPARTA. Florin Uncu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marek Chytrý, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jiří Hadrava made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Jiří Hadrava managed to get in a good position for a shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jiří Hadrava got free with Florin Uncu in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jáchym Pospíchal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florin Verzeanu in the 60th minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Calistrat Melentie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jiří Hadrava struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Florin Uncu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AC SPARTA. A collision led to Unimat getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Isac Dichiseanu hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice moves Bronislav Toms could shoot a difficult shot in the 74th minute, which Florin Uncu however easily saved by the left post. In the 78th minute, Martin Velecký got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Florin Verzeanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Petr Baránek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 83 minutes, Sorin Coporan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Unimat and the AC SPARTA players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 83 played minutes Unimat got a freekick which was hit by Sorin Coporan. After a defensive mix-up in Unimat's zone, Marek Chytrý stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Florin Uncu came out of the goal and Marek Chytrý tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Unimat getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Călin Encuțescu hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jiří Hadrava in the 88th minute of play forced Unimat's goalkeeper Florin Uncu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jiří Hadrava in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Florin Uncu saved Unimat from getting behind. Mugur Bocaneț's late challenge caught a AC SPARTA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mugur Bocaneț helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Unimat getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Mugur Bocaneț hit a great ball. If Bronislav Toms had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. AC SPARTA played a much better game than Unimat and deserved their victory. The Unimat players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
